We want you and your pup to love every piece of Embark Vet apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items. If your fit isn't quite right, our seamless exchange process ensures you get back to your adventures in style.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  A prepaid shipping label will be generated automatically; simply print it out and securely package your items in their original bags.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your gear back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
